Taking a shower of Inner Peace
For anyone having trouble managing their stress levels, I want to share this quick and easy calming morning ritual. It’s so easy you can do it in the shower as part of your morning routine (a few extra minutes – tops!). I’ve been doing this over the past few months to help me deal with stress. This technique combines visualization techniques with positive affirmations. If you have 5 extra minutes in the morning, you have time to do this! I find this helps set the tone for the rest of my day.
