Hemp seeds contain all essential amino acids, making it a complete protein. What a super yummy and healthy way to start a day!

Recipe:
• 3 tbsp hemp hearts
• small handful of swiss chard
• 1 cup water
• 1 bosc pear
• 1 medium banana
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp grated ginger

Add everything to a blender and process until smooth.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds, cinnamon and enjoy!
